Are there any doctor referral companies that are allowed to receive money for referrals or is it purely illegal

Well that is definately up to the doctor and you or between the hospital manager and yourself. If you want to do this legally both of the parties have to agree to each other what the responsabilities will be set up and what rewards will be granted for doing the job (in this case will be referring). To keep on track with this you should have a little agreement in writing according to what it has been discussed and signed by you, by the company or doctor and 2 witnesses (optional), furthermore you should stress out on the written agreement the bottom line which is the purpose of given out referrals for them, pretty much like I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine, i'll be sending you people but for this concession. So after having everything said you can start getting extra income from something you have made a contract of without having any problems. But again you need to first talk with the person on charge or whoever is the one you suppose should give you the money.
