No, I don't think so. However, if we do nuke Iraq we may well be doomed within 10-15 years.

So is the solution to use nuclear weapons? How many people are supposed to be killed in the process, hundred thousands or millions? Besides, as far as I know, it is not common in the US to know that almost a hundred million people were killed during WW2-which means that such an event will "make the US president the greatest Murderer in history", worse then Hitler. So wouldn't it be more simple for the US to withdraw from Iraq?
