any help on products/stuff needed to make my own detailed and textured backgound using pebbles etc and what substance would i need to fix stones to it...(i want to cover all the back)

The major thing would be to make sure you only use products that are safe for use in an aquarium.

As a side note - too much rock and pebbles may put a lot of strain on the back glass if you fix it permanently. I'd use the styrofoam insulating sheets shown (and make sure there aren't chemicals to make it fire-retardant), or ask your LFS to save you the styrofoam shipping boxes if they throw most of them away and attach the rock to this.

might be able to fix gravel on the back of the tank with auarium silicon
