There are so many influences, pictures, stories and thought forms from other people, the media, radio, magazines around us that such thoughts can sometimes "fly like some "black crows" into our heads. Just do not feed them, but ignore them, so they do not build a nest in your head. They have nothing to do with you! Do not worry about them. If you do not like them, let them just go..............
If it gets worse, try a prayer for protection. If you do not believe in that, imagine a white light surrounding you. This might do the trick too.

Well, the fact what you are not certain with yourself show that you are rather weak and easily succumbed by evil thoughts. At least you have the desire to try and overcome this. I would suggest you try and fill up your time doing things that is of interests to you and try to always be among friends. Avoid be lonely cause that will lead to unpleasant thoughts. You can always join several societies of interest to you so that your time will be filled pleasantly and fruitfully. If you tend to be a religious person then whenever such thoughts come read or recite some prayers. It will help. Hope you will give it a try.

What happened yesterday?
What happened today?
What happened last week?

As you notice, you can choose your thoughts and your memories.

You have direct control over what you think -- even the bad stuff. Most people have a hard time with the knowledge that they create their own 'evil' thoughts.

It's not only you, but everyone else. Everyone has fleeting thoughts that they would never act on or feel are morally wrong. The difference seems to be that you dwell on the fact that your mind goes to that dark place. So you think about it more.

Don't dwell on thoughts so much. You want to tear his left eye out...ok then ,... next thought, and so on...Have you spoken of this to anybody close to you that might be able to help? If not, give it a try. I don't want to scare you, but I have a brother with scizophrenia. It often developes in one's teens. Don't be shy to ask for help, it's very important.

History, Literature, Philosophy...all tend to catagories human beings under the pretences of "Good" and "Evil"...Black and white.....but the truth of the matter is....we simply lay in a gray area...

There is no "Evil" entity messing with your head....you're just playing mind tricks on yourself.......don't stress over it :-)

it's neither. everybody thinks things they don't like, otherwise they'd never know what they do and don't like to begin with. It's the way of the world, it's the way of the human mind...don't stress yourself out... you're not evil.

You are trying not to think bad things, but when you think about something you dont want, you end up only thinking about it. Hence dont emphasize on things you dont want to do instead think of things you would want to do.

it is your subconcious mind. like a iceberg 80% of your mind is your subconciuos mind. what you think you don't like thinking is thought by your concious mind. all dreams & other thoughts beyond your control come from your subconcious mind. you exhale deeply & speak to yourself holding your breath, what you want to think & what not to think. it will go to your subconcious mind . AND it will work.
