my daughter was like that at first when she was born- drops didnt work for me either- i switched her from regular plastic bottles to playtex bottles with the liners- you squeeze the air out of the bottles & less gets in her belly. i would try that before switching her formula, that could cause her problems as well.

When My daughter was that age she also had a lot of gas. I told my Dr. and he reccomended star anise you just put like three stars in a liter of water boil it and then give it to her room temp. about 1 oz. and that will help! I know some people are going to say that long time ago they found a bacteria on anise but that was long time ago from japan pr something. Now it's not like that. try it believe me it works! My daughter is now 5 months and she is doing great. Also, I switched her formula to Good Start after trying all of the others and that helped too!

I would wet a wash cloth with warm water and rubbed my daughters tummy in circlar motions with it and that helped alot. Those gas drops never worked for me. You could try changing formulas if you bottle feed.

All of the other suggestions, do help... So I won't repeat. However, my son was cured of his gas issues by the Dr. Browns bottle.

The other things all helped don't get me wrong, but the bottle is what made it stop.

Good luck with that poor baby! I hope she feels better :)

Over your shoulder

Across your knees on her tummy

Hold her upright and rub back

Lay her along your forearm

Hold her across your front on her front on both of your clasped arms and rock

Just try anything really - tis horrid with a tiny baby. She WILL get better, I promise! Good luck.

as you are breast feeding your babby, it is better if you do not take vegetable in your diet which creates gasstic like Brinjals, Spicy food.

Have simple food containing no chillie. If you take care of this then in future your babby will not be having any pain in his/her stomach. After every feed do burp also.

1. continuously change her position
2. pump her legs
3. rub her tummy in clockwise direction

what are you feeding her? sometime, her formula and something breastfeeding mother ate can cause painful gas in baby.
