There is one inside iron island around where you get the Riolu egg and the other is on the route between the battle and resort areas (must beat the pokemon league to get to)

On Iron Island, you can find the Shiny Stone in the
back exit of the cave.
You can find another Shiny Stone on the southern end
of Route 228, with the Speed Bike.

pick up ability and you will get two stones down the road, so you have to make it count.
