It would cost about $5,000-$8,000 to convert it over. You would need the 5-speed tranny, tranny mount, Different wiring harness for the engine, different ECU, axles, shift linkages, clutch master cylinder, clutch pedal, a few sensors, and some modifications here and there. It would be cheaper to just buy a 5-speed civic. You can readily find them for anywhere between $1,000-$4,000.

lol your all funny as hell and have no clue what your talking about lmao ahahahahahah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would cost you the price a 5 speed transmission a clutch kit which if you went to the junk yard you could find everything you need for about 4-5 hundred if that. Everything bolts right up the only thing im not sure of is the 2 shift linkage bolts you might have to drill those. your car all ready has the holes and or bracket for the clutch pedal its going to take some time to get it together though so have fun and good luck but you should have bought a stick. oh yea forgot your code will throw a check engine light for the auto transmission not being there its still ok it will not hurt the car or you can just switch out the ecu for a 5 speed dont matter though

Take your pocket full of cash and your well equipped shop. Add a clutch to your vehicle, pedal inside and all the external components for it. Take off the automatic transmission and put in a stick shift, which probably means you will have to fabricate new braces to hold it in place. Don't forget the bell housing. It's possible the drive shaft will need to be modified also.

Or, you could sell what you have and get what you want with a lot less problem.

Its not practical to do that,

what you can do is change the engine and the transmission. Having just a transmission swap will cause you trouble in the long run.

if you want to change transmission, get an engine with transmission attached or sell your car and get the same model with a manual transmission..

Just Wave your magic wand. An automatic can't be changed to a stick, it can be swapped.
