Is Maddy the new Elvis?

All these sightings sound a bit far fetched to me. If you stole a child would you be drifting about Malta in public with her with all the publicity surrounding the case?

There are many young blonde kids that look like Maddy, apart from the eye, but you could only see that up close.

Unfortunately she is likely to be dead or locked in a basement somewhere - no one who has her is going to be taking her on day trips.

I think they should start from scratch and search the local and surrounding area and scrublands.

There will always be these false sightings whenever anything is this big.

However these sightings (in other cases) have been true and have saved children. A worker at Denny's spotted an abducted girl (still with her paedophile abductor) and called the police and the girl was recovered. A passerby spotted Elizabeth Smart and she was saved and returned to her family.

I agree, no-one with any sense is going to be parading her in busy touristy places. Some people think they see her I reckon but probably have dodgy eyesight.

I think she is either dead or with some sicko pedo child trafficking ring. Its the most awful thought and I think if nothing else, this will hilight what an unsafe world we live in and be a lesson to all parents not to turn their back for 5 minutes.

Now before even more people start frothing at the mouth and accusing QBF of being sick --- I can see her point. This case is so high profile that it is beginning to take on mythical proportions. I would not be suprised if someone said that they saw Maddie's face in a church wall or saw her calling out in a dream.

I would have thought the last place she would be is Malta - it is hardly and easy place to get to with an abducted child. I think all this publicity is only going to drive the abductor underground if god willing she is still alive (i say that trusting she is being treated well).

There are lots of hoaxes going about. But the police still have to take them seriously just in case one happens not to be a hoax. Gerry and Kate McCann are getting more popular then what Elvis was when he was alive. But Maddy is not the new Elvis. She is the lost little girl behind the parents neglect. I don't think she can be compared to Elvis.

Im just hoping that she is alive and maybe she was kidnapped for a childless couple, who are going to care for her and not cause her any harm.

Yes, she will be distressed and whoever took her could be telling her that her parents didnt want her, but i just hope that she is with someone who is not abusing her in any way.

Yes Maddy is indeed the new Elvis. She is performing tonight in my local with a massive black quiff, long sideburns, a white, sequined jumpsuit and weighing close to a half ton.

i agree with you sweetie...look right on the doorstep. all these sightings are perhaps yet another distraction to what is really happening....i reckon the police know a lot more than they are letting on.

Well maybe you should know all the facts.

5 sitings all within the last week.
Police taking the sitings so seriously as to put all ports and airports on alert in and out of Malta.
The sitings were of a little girl reportedly wearing a black wig and being spoken to my an arabic man in broken english.


I think its pretty grim to be taking the p*ss out of it when there is still a little girl missing.
