I asked the below question today but i need more information because i do dress up in kinky lil outfits, i take turns being on top and i do make noises and 'move' around, what else can i do?

in my experience he means he would like you to initiate rather than it always be him. you may do this at times but in a long term relationship the male basically wants a rest from being the instigator and appreciate comments (doesn't have to lead to having sex/making love)
and communicate (as already said) ask him what he would like; make some suggestions to get him talking; this may also mean he would like you to tell him what you want not just go along with what he feels like doing; he wants to know what you want - he doesn't want to have to guess :)

yeah, outfits, lingerie, fantasy roles, they all help. even a different location spices it up. and not just a room, an object. table countertop, couch. talking dirty is also good. hope this helps.
