im already 19 but my glans (head) still havent fully exposed yet, because there is a piece of meat that connects my glans and foreskin, and when it gets harder, i couldnt pull it back
because it really hurts. however, i heard that u could easily get rid off it by doing a small operation and its completely painless. and recently im planing on doing that operation but i
kind of want to make sure that is it really as painless as what they say? and please comment on where to do it? etc.

Yep, its painless.. the only thing the you'll feel is the initial injection and when they pull the stitchings.. even those arent that bad.

And uh, a few hours after the operation.. just a while after the anesthesia wears off.. it'll hurt a little, but they have medication for that.

It can't be that bad, but it's your penis. There is going to be discomfort. If your already experiencing discomfort when you get an erection then why not. If a doctor is supporting this, then go for it. There not taking inches off, just a small piece of skin, that hopeful will make your erections, more pleasurable. Good Luck!

Make an appointment with the proper specialist, and ask the questions. This is a specialized surgery that people here on answers really shouldn't give you advice on. Good luck.

~You're talking about a circumcision? If so, that would certainly take care of it. Be a man about it, there will be some pain, but it can't be anywhere near as bad as a woman giving birth.
You'll be cleaner, look better, and less likely to hold on to bacteria that might give you infections or STDs.~
