Ok I get these emails that someone is dying or is sick and they want to give me money. Why do they do that ? I know its a bunch of lies***. And when ever i email them with yeah lets do that what do u need they never answer anyway. can someone explain this too me? How are they making money of off these? thanks

They are scams and when you reply, they can collect a good amount of your personal information and as some one else already mentioned, they may tap you for money to take care of some formalities. Stay away from such mails. Don't open.

Normally these are scams. People get tricked into thinking it's real and they are told by the scammers that the money is tied up in a bank account, and they need some money to get it out. Then you see where they get their money: stupid people.

open email program
choose options
choose block senders
type in address if you need to
most will do it for you after you click report as spam button

perhaps phishing
if to answer you need to sign in to a place they may be trying to just get your password & username with a false site(phishing site)
