Get your refund, then go to a phone, and contact the health department, and other authorities and departments that would be interested in this, then file papers, and prosecute them.

Take the fingernail and the drink and ask for the manager. Request a new drink and your money back. If they refuse either one let them know the health department would be very interested on your findings.

Either pick it out and the surround milkshake and drink it, or bring it to the register and explain and ask for a new one.

I would certainly turn them into the health department. Did you return the shake and do they now have the evidence thrown away? If so, I doubt if the health department will do much about i.
