I'm not talking about double-majoring I mean two different unrelated majors at one time in your undergrad year.

Double majoring IS taking two unrelated majors, but I assume what you mean is getting two different degrees? If so, this varies by school. One of our administrators, noticing that a number of students were trying to do this, studied the policies of other schools in our area, and found that they were all over the map. Some said absolutely no. Others said you could do it under any circumstances. Still others allowed some combinations but not others, or set some specific requirements for how it must be done.
