Any Which Way But Loose and Any Which Way You Can! Clyde was the orangutan, and Ruth Gordon was the foul-mouthed, crotchety mother. Sondra Locke was the love interest, and there was also the biker gang. It was kind of the early 80s answer to Reagan's "Bonzo" movie series, minus the coiffed pompadour.

Classic stuff.

"Every Which Way But Loose" and "Any Which Way We Can"

P.S. Clint Eastwood lived with actress Sondra Locke from 1976 to 1988. They had no children together in those 12 years, although Eastwood fathered two (Scott & Kathryn) during the end of that timeframe with Jacelyn Reeves, an airline hostess. Also, Eastwood, was only married twice, but has five daughters and two sons by five different women, and now has at least two grandchildren produced by his two oldest children, Kimber & Kyle.

It's "Every Which Way But Lose" and "Any Which Way You Can".

I like the part of the supposedly tough bikers being chased away by a shotgun wielding granny or being clobbered by old farmers. Such Losers. Haha!
