omg i hate paris hilton!! she is a spoiled filthy rich brat who runs around trying to get out of all her problems!! yes she deserved to go to jail, and yes she should've stayed. she got many warnings about drunk driving and what not but did she care?? NOPE. she sucks at singing and everything else she does. so i think she should've gone to jail for singing so suckishly (if that's a word??) lol! that should be a crime to sing that bad and be famous for it! can someone tell me how she became famous (along w/ nicole richie) in the first place?? seriously, what did they do??

Yes. She broke the law. Just because she's some sort of "famous" doesn't mean she's above the law. Throw her in jail and let her learn that just because she has name value and a little money, that she can't get away with everything.

For a week- maybe; I thought her sentence was kinda harsh. I think the Judge in the case was trying to make an "example" of her...-And I don't think that's right WHOEVER it happens to be. Yeah, -she's a spoiled little rich girl...-but that's not HER fault. Hopefully she'll grow up alittle after this latest unpleasant experience. :) We'll see.

she commited the crime. showed no remorse. why shouldn't she b held accountable like the rest of humanity? yes. in fact, she should have stayed. maybe she izn't spoiled, but she'z definately well over-indulged/priveledged. she didn't actually work for her notoriety, she was born into it. 2 me, that iz the saddest of thing of it all.

yes, she should be in jail, i don't think that she should have been released, but i also think that the time she was given was a little excessive.
