Music and Tears.

I recently had my heart broke, but the same person that broke it fixed it, but only to some extent.

So for about a week all I could do was secretly cry to myself and listen to music.

It helped some, but heart break leads to pain and pain leads to fear and fear leads to sadness and sadness leads to anger and anger leads to hurt and hurt leads to loss and loss leads to fear and the cycle starts back over.

I guess that only happens though if you don't patch your heart up.

p.s. I hope what I said made sense, lol. ^_^

Watching Steal Magnolias with a box of tissues, a good hard cry and then to bed.... early! Of course, then there's the next day to deal with, which requires quiet a few DEEP breathing exercises and a reality check - HAVE to get out of bed, HAVE to drive to work, HAVE to get work done, LIFE does go on....things WILL get better and last but not lease.. Time DOES heal all wounds.

In the heat of the broke heart, none of that seems like it will work, nothing feels good...but over time, it does work. I know first hand.

In God's Book of Promises.

When your heart is wounded, we are to go to Him in prayer. He hears the prayers of His children and heals their broken hearts as well as renews their spirit and mind.

God feels what we feel and, because of that I know that everything is gonna be alright.

Reading His words of hope and promises and imbedding them into your broken heart will help mend it.

Soon you'll begin to feel a peace like never before.

Praising Him in all things, for He allows us to experience these things so that we may grow and mature.

There comes a time when we must break away from our mothers and learn to live life along with all the troubles it may bring. doing this eventually matures us into adults.

Those that remain at home in mothers care have a difficult time in maturing.

If your broken hearted, rest in Him and allow Him to come into your life. You've nothing to lose and everything to gain.
It cost no money only your love.

May God Bless,

In the past it was: A soft voice asking forgiveness, followed by a gentle caress to provide comfort, an empassioned look in the eyes that says "I'm sorry I hurt you, but I need you in my life right now."

If she's not available (as the case is right now in my life), a sincere smile, a soft sultry voice, a gentle caress (or maybe even a backrub), a look deep within a woman's eyes that shows their sincerity of love and affection for me and then (that's as far as I can go until my divorce is final).

Nothing is more soothing than an old sad song. Doesn't matter what the lyric is, as long as it's sad. Blues music is perfect.
