If our government gives home owners who took out an ARM loan,tax dollars does that mean taxpayers own it also?

"it" means that expensive home in an exclusive housing community.

only if they default on the loan, then we have bail out the agency that under wrote the loan

So if the government gives college students loans to complete their education does that mean the taxpayers own their education?
