After my car not starting it turns out that the damn thing was just flooded but now i have a new problem. When I press the gas my lights start like blink, but not turning all the way off and coming back on they just dem then lighten repeatedly. When I am in idle its fine but as soon as i start to pressing the gas they start to do the dem blinking thing. It sucks cause I keep thinking that I left my damn blinker on, and it is not just the headlights its in the dashboard, on my tach, and on everything.

Sounds like the voltage regulator. It might be either built into the alternator, or a separate unit. Do you own an older Dodge? They were bad about that.

There is a short in the headlight wiring. The automatec circuit breaker as performing properly and Blinking the extremely heavy short current to prevent the wiring and your car from catching fire get it fixed immediately!

You may have an intermittent short in a wire somewhere. When you accelerate, the engine will move somewhat and when it does, that may be grounding out a wire. You might want to take it to an auto electric repair shop. good luck.
