(2x-10)(2x+10)
2(x-5)*2(x+5)
4(x-5)(x+5)

4x^2 - 100
= 4(x^2 - 25)
= 4(x+5)(x-5)

4x^2-100
=4(x^2 - 25)
=4(x^2 - 5^2)
=4(x + 5)(x - 5)#

it's diffrence of perfect squares
a^2 - b^2 = (a - b) (a + b)

4x^2 - 100

= 2^2 x^2 - 10^2

= (2x)^2 - 10^2

= (2x - 10) (2x + 10)
