iTunes has a feature called iMix, where you can view & download personal mixes from other users. It's $.99 per song, but it's legal.

if you wanna do it legally theres itunes but you can get a torrent from www.torrentspy.com (i don't encourage illegal things but if your gonna do it thats were you can get it)
