Paris deserves to stay in jail longer because she was only in there for an short time and already she started crying+whining like a bratty baby.

But in truth, the court should have let her go because knowing her, she'd continue to wrong do and once she gets way too many tickets...BAM....more than an year in jail. Of course, since she is the PARIS HILTON she gets to take the easy road of life.

If she's served her sentence, then why should she be kept longer. Someone said she should serve the time any DUI offender gets... well, a 1st time DUI in most cases gets 48 hours - it can vary from state to state somewhat. But, she was in jail for violation of probation... and most people who get a VOP on a non-felony charge serve about 3 days.

I'm not a fan, but she's did more than most would have done at this point.

Stay longer. She needs to serve the same time the normal people serve when they have a problem with DUI.

Put that worthless shikse under the jail. Or better, ship her to Darfur and make her help the needy.

She should serve her time. I think it'll end up being a good experience for her in the long run.

Let her go, keep her, it doesn't matter one bit to me. It's not affecting my life.
