The finale hasn't aired yet. It will be on Sunday, July 1st at 10/9c on VH1. It's still Shay, Saaphari, Becky, and Leilene. Nobody really knows for sure who won. There's rumors out there obviously but who can really know if its true or not.

Episode 10 - Ghettin' Phabulous
In the Charm School season finale, the final four girls compete in a game-show style Q&A to see who has learned the most throughout the season.The competition brings out the heart and tears when the girls have to give speeches on what it would mean to them to win the $50,000 prize. In the final ceremony Mo will determine which girl has changed the most during her time at Charm School.

the last 4 girls r Becky Shay Sapharyi n Leiliene but larissa has a myspace n jus say she leaked the details of the fianle 2 a few ppl

The finale doesn't come on until July 1rst. The last episode that was on was just a season recap. Hope this helped!! =)

Shay Johnson wins
In the Charm School season finale, the final four girls compete in a game-show style Q&A to see who has learned the most throughout the season; the first girl to miss three questions will get knocked out of the competition. The catch is that each girl gets to decide who to ask their question to. Becky, Saaphyri and Leilene quickly form a strategy to gang up on Shay, and agree to ask all their questions to her, and Leilene is sent packing. Now down to three ladies, the next competition brings out the heart and tears when the girls have to give speeches on what it would mean to them to win the $50,000 prize. Saaphyri is sent home. Becky and Shay spend the next day dress shopping and getting makeovers for the final ceremony where Mo will determine which girl has changed the most during her time at Charm School. Shay is awarded the $50,000 grand prize, but they both leave with gifts they did not expect
