While 533MHz isn't bad, I would probably just do it so I'm getting the full value out of the rest of my hardware.

The bus runs as fast as the slowest player on the bus. If the RAM is faster than the bus, the bus limits the speed of the whole system. In your case, your RAM is running at 533, therefore your whole bus runs at 533.

If you consider the co$t of 667mhz ram worth a 2% speed increase, then sure. The bang-for-your-buck factor is low...

Not a whole lot, not even noticeable just depends on the quality of the stick though.
