Don't B&B provide a better experience than Hostels?

They're more authentic and local than hostels where you end up meeting other travellers. And way cleaner!

Yes, but be sure to talk with your proprietor first and get a feel for what he/she is like ... there's always lots of B&B's to choose from.
Be very sure of the imenities and what meals are included as well.
