This is a sterling example of how liberalism has been corrupted by socialism. Decades ago, liberalism was all about equal opportunity, a very commendable pursuit.
But now, they are all about equal outcome. There is no guarantee that everyone will succeed equally. The Declaration of Independence says we have the right to the "PURSUIT of happiness", not the gurantee of happiness.
Socialism is all about equal outcome. They make everyone equally poor. They spread misery around equally. They take away from the achievers give to the slackers until there is nothing but eternal frustration.
Right now in America, everyone has equal opportunity to have a successful radio talk show. But as Air America has discovered you do not get a guarantee of equal success. That is what liberty and a free market is all about.

I read part of the report and found it amusing
It actually states that supply and demand have nothing to do with "Talk Radio"
As if the American People do not have a clue or a choice of what they like to listen to.
It is insulting if you think about it.
