It's calories you count, dear..that's probably 80 calories or so.

What scares me is that your list looks like just breakfast. What's for lunch?

Well to humor your obsession here are some facts about bread.

Whole Wheat bread is often offered as a healthier option to white bread. Whole wheat bread is higher in fiber than white. And this suppose to aide in digestion. The other benefits to high fiber is it makes you feel fuller faster. And this will help you in losing weigh, because fuller faster means you eat less. Also please keep in mind that this applies the "WHOLE" bread if it doesn't whole you aren't getting all the things you need.
This doesn't always apply to bread but you could change to whole wheat pasta, and other things like that and get the same results.
And this is assume that your goal is to lose weight????????
There was also an article in USA Today, one the importance of bread and gain it said whole bread.

if this is your day then(breakfast looks good) limit the meat for lunch and for Dinner the Burrito if it has veggies, and rice etc, fruit for dessert -OK - then a slice of a whole wheat bread would not make a difference LIVE LONG EAT WELL

I would not worry about one slice of white bread, girl are you kidding me? With all these celebs on TV going on all these freaking diets no wonder people are paranoid about their weight! As long as you are at a healthy weight for your height and age, you shouldn't think twice about a dang piece of bread. I believe that God created all kinds of different foods for us to eat. He wants us to stay nourished with the food he provides for us. He also wants us to enjoy the foods we eat. Of course its unhealthy to eat too much of anything. However everything is good for you in moderation, just as long as you eat a well balanced diet, including fruits, and veggies, and save things like cake, cookies, candy, and ice-cream for rare special occasions or treats, you should be fine. Stop worrying about every bite you take, and enjoy your life! God bless you.

Peace,
Bridget

white bread turns into mucus. youll get rid of it eventually. actually, thats quite a breakfast. the vegetables will cancel out the meat, the thing im wondering about is some more meat. does that include a trip to burger world, or meats r us? i dont think the whie bread is going to matter.

Are you trying to lose weight? Don't worry so much about gaining a pound. Just eat a balanced diet, and control the amount you eat each day.

As long as you heap tons of Nutella and peanut butter on the bread, you will not get fat. You'll get fat for sure if you eat it just plain.
