Happens to most of us , i would assume.
take some midol, or a mild diuretic, it will help with the water retention.

This happens to me, too.
And I thought I was the only one that went through this.
I think it has something to do with water retention, but I'm not exactly sure.
It may have something to do with the same reasons you bloat before your period?

I don't know exactly, but I'm curious as to what the answer is too.

Water retention due to the hormonal changes is common. See your gynecologist for help if needed.

im a dood and can tell you its water retention. its part of a womans cycle to hold water during their period.

i do to- it is water retention and swelling.
I take ibuprofen and a diuretic and it seems to help.
