ugh.. sick of all these incorrect information... Look, it doesn't matter if you eat before bed. Your body will still digest it. Your body doesn't work around the 24-hour cycle. This means that just because your mind is sleeping doesn't mean your body is too. Your heart doesn't stop working when you sleep. Your lung still works. So what makes you think that your digestive system suddenly shuts down while you sleep? Or your metabolism? Whatever you do not burn off during sleep, it will CONTINUE to burn off when you wake up in the morning. So if you're hungry at night, don't be afraid to have a feast. You won't get fat.

Brush your teeth, that way you don't feel like eating because no one likes that nasty taste in their mouth when they eat something right after they brush their teeth. Or you can get drink some water, try drinking first and then if you're still hungry eat something light, like popcorn, a piece of fruit, or some yogurt.

As long as you're healthy, you shouldn't feel like you shouldn't do what you want. Every thing is good in reasonable portions. It's when you go over board that you have a problem. Live a fulfilling life.

It's no problem just in a few case like that and it better to take some strawberries , bananas or if you don't have these, try to drink milk ,fruit juice or water is OK .

Drink water....Dr's say you should not eat four hours prior yo bed. Some people have munched on plain lettuce

Why is it bad? Because you can't sleep or Because you'll gain weight? Either way don't eat something full of Fat or Protein. Try a bowl of ceral.
