could be the connection from the connection box to the tub or the tub itself could be leaking

if your sure its not the hose....did you pull the back off and make sure where the bottom of the hose connects to the connection box isnt leaking

take the back off and run the machine and see if you can tell where the water is coming from.....just dont touch anything back there while its running....just look with a flashlight
so you dont come in contact with any wiring

In addition to the two water inlet lines there are some hoses in the machine that connect between the tub and the pump and from the pump to the drain. I'm guessing one of them split, popped off the connection, or got nibbled by mice or some similar fate. Also check that the drain hose didn't get pulled out of the drain pipe from wiggling of the machine from unbalance etc. It could possibly be a cracked or leaking pump or tub, but I would be suprised with a fairly new unit like your's. If you are reasonably handy, you could fix yourself, better yet, get your boyfriend/husband to do it! Be certain to unplug the maching before starting any work. It should be fairly easy to spot the defective part. The parts are not very expensive.

there are hose's under the washer from the tub tho the pump and than to the drain line cock those as well if not tub could be leaking or a water limiter switch is either bad or stuck open allowing the water to flow non-stop hope this helps

The drain hose that comes off the pump may have come loose. The water lines inside the unit could have failed.

Without opening it up it is all speculation. The best thing to do is take the back panel off and see where the water is coming from.

I dont think you would know a broken tub if you saw one cause youve never seen what it looks like.If you can access the pump hoses check for breaks or holes other than that spend the $45 to have a pro diagnose

It could be a number of possibilities. The water pump could be leaking or it could be a bearing.

If it's only 3 years old aren't you still under warranty? Call them and have them come fix the problem.
