In pkmn sapphire, i just beat team aqua, then i had to go to cave of origin to beat it....but i wanted to catch it. any where they have master balls? or will it come back? EVER AGAIN? i made it faint cuz i couldnt catch it. -_-

If you didn't save the game after knocking him out, just restart again.
If you did, then you lost your chance.

No, you can't see him again. To avoid this situation, you must save the game before battle with him, if you failed catch him, you can load and try again.

no it will not appear again unless u start over ur game...next time try to save then battle if it faints turn off ur game then try again!
