Oh damn. I knew this would come up eventually. I'd pick the friend that made me who I am today. I grew up in a very angry, racist home and was like that in my early adult years. I met her and she somehow changed all of it. She made me a better person. There was a time when she was the only friend I had and even today, she is the nearest to family I have. I love her. There is no question in my heart I would save her without even thinking. I'd hate myself for letting my other friends die but there was a time in my life when I wanted to take my own life. She is the only reason I am alive today. I owe her a life.

i would be tempted to pick my best friend on 14 years but i would pick my friend who has a child already. i wouldnt want to be responsible for her child not having her mom.
