I'm the same height. When I weighed 120 total strangers in line at stores would ask me if I had been ill recently. Some would just out right blab behind me. "Oh that woman must have one of those eating disorder things." Or " That must be some sort of druggie they are all real skinny like that."
Around 125-135 is good. It's also the national BMI recommendation. I think.

Depending on her age, around 135 - 145. It's based on over thirty, or under thirty (I'm using over thirty, since I am!), and the girl's body frame. Is she big boned? Or small boned? Or somewhere in between? Those things play an important factor.
But the most important thing is not the number for the weight - it's the body fat. If you have a high percentage of body fat, it's not healthy, no matter how thin you are. For example, you can weigh 135 lbs, which may be perfect for your height, but if your body fat percentage is over 31% (again, basing it on someone over thirty) you are considered obese.
