If they keep the players they have now, then yes they can make it to the playoffs and maybe even get past the 2nd round.

The Warriors haven't gelled with each other and have their chemistry all the way up because of the trades last season. We already saw a preview of what we saw during the playoffs this year.

The main reason the Warriors beat the Mavs was because Don Nelson used to coach the Mavs, so he had an advantage in knowing what the Mavs were going to do. Avery Johnson was much more in the dark about Nelson's techniques. No doubt the Warriors are talented, and they may get past the second round, but lose in the semis. If they get past the semis, they will probably lose in their conference finals, unfortunately.

no doubt about it, the warriors have the talent on their team now. you have baron davis who is great as setting the offense early. stephen jackson is great at handling the ball and shooting. Monta ellis will be more experienced there fore being a better back up pg to baron. jrich if healthy will dominate like he did before maybe avg above 20 pts a game. biedrins similiar to ellis is more experienced and will dominate more. harrington should be traded, he just isnt fitting in as well as people thought he would with the warriors. but i think the warriors can make it past any team they faced in the first and second round.

In my opinion yes definitely the playoffs? they could make 8th seed or 7th seed maybe even 6th and VERY DOUBTFULLY 5th? but in my opinion thats as high as they get. They got great chemistry and all..but they basically a worse version of the pheonix suns? They should be able to make the playoffs..but the west is growing A LOT i dont think i could place them anywhere past the second round because that to me is the max of their abilities

1) Spurs
2) Phoenix
3) Dallas (even thoguh i think they are WAYY overrated)
4) Jazz
5) Houston
6) Denver
7) Golden State
8) Lakers if with Kobe
9) Portland if Oden is as good as ppl think he is

Not really, winning from the mavs was a fluke as Baron Davis told Gilbert Arenas "the only team we could beat out of all the 16 post season teams were the Mavs". But hats off to the Warriors for their heart and poise. They earned that series.

Yes. They ended the season on a tear. They have a chance to play all of next year consistency, and have an easier road in the playoffs. They also have a draft pick just outside the lottery that might help them a little.

I like the shape they're in, but there's no guarantees. and they still aren't championship contenders.

definitely although a large part of it will rest on barons health and the health of the team in general. we were without jrich and baron at the same time for a long period of time last year and it really hurt us. with a healthy team i think they can make it back to the playoffs. and mully has to draft well too, we have 3 picks that can really help us if he drafts well and we will have jackson and harrington for a full year rather than just half a year and monta and biedrins will have improved over the course of the year. as for advancing, i think a large part will deal with the matchups. if we get matched up with SA, then we're done, but if we draw houston, or dallas then i think it is possible for us to advance.

They have an good chance if they get Don Nelson back and get an better Center to help out in the paint and not have to live and die on the 3.
