Hmmm....I've always liked outer space - maybe something on the planets/solar system. Or even something as simple as how the television or telephone or computer works - that blows my mind!

dunno how old u r, but in 7th and 8th grade i did science fair projects on acids and bases and it was pretty easy and worked out well. good luck! =)
