having done it before with a torch, is it possible to smelt and pour lead with a dutch oven on a charcoal grill?

Caution there. Aside from the toxic fluxing fumes, you're dealing with a lot of molten lead at 600-700F.
in that dutch oven,and most charcoal grills I've seen
are pretty flimsy.
A spill/splash incident could ruin your whole day.

You can use the grill again. Don't use the dutch oven for cooking though. If you don't need to melt a lot, you can find a real heavy steel ladle at kitchen supply stores which will work just as well.

Yes, but do not breathe the fumes! Not a good idea to even handle lead as I understand it can be absorbed through the skin. You can never use the utensils or anything lead has been melted in for any other purpose or you can get lead poisoning. It can be very serious to your health.

Lead poisoning is very dangerous. Yes it will melt. Do it outdoors, and not with anything you use to cook with, like that particular grill, ever again.

It's too dangerous. and i haven't don before, but i now becoause it is electronics . you have to be carefull.
