Tell him if he doesn't leave you alone that you're going to dress him up as a girl and make him your sister and if he doesn't stop annoying you, then dress him up in your clothes until he agrees to behave and be nice to you.

Need more info...is he 7,14, 20? Is he spitting on you? Stealing your underwear and selling it on ebay? Telling your boyfriend you have herpes? What is his age? What is the real problem? Is he gay and if so what does that have to do with the situation? Are you part of the problem or REALLY just an innocent bystander? For a serious answer we need a serious problem!!!!
