Father daughter song....Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle, or Daddy's Hands by Holly Dunn if you like country, or When Angels Fly by Tony Ransom & The Heavely Light Orchestra, or Unforgettable duet by Natalie and Nat King Cole is a great one too. Mother / Daughter songs... In My Daughter's Eyes by Martina McBride, I Turn to You by Christina Aguilera, Daughters by John Mayer is good for either or, and so is Daddy's Little Girl by Al Martino sung by the Jim Bowie Band, or Daddy's Little Girl by Faith Hill as well....Trisha Yearwood has X's and O's (An American Girl). So many of these are country, but country singers do a good job with family stuff...and you can never go wrong with anything by Neil Diamond, because that would just be cute and funny. haha...hope the rest of the answers help a little...

For a really good father/daughter song I would suggest "My Little Girl" by Tim Mcgraw. Lyrics below for your perusal.
My Little Girl
(Tim McGraw/Tom Douglas)
Gotta hold on easy
As I let you go
Gonna tell you how much I love you
Though you think you already know
I’ll remember I thought you looked like an angel
Wrapped in pink, so soft and warm
You’ve had me wrapped around your finger
Since the day you were born.
You beautiful baby
From the outside in
Chase your dreams but always know the road
That’ll lead you home again
Go on take on this old world
But to me you know you’ll always be
My little girl.
When you were in trouble that crooked little smile
Could melt my heart of stone
Now look at you
I’ve turned around and you’ve almost grown
Sometimes you’re asleep I whisper “I love you”
In the moonlight at your door
As I walk away I hear you say
“Daddy, love you more.”
You beautiful baby
From the outside in
Chase your dreams but always know the road
That’ll lead you home again
Go on take on this old world
But to me you know you’ll always be
My little girl.
Some day some boy will come
And ask me for your hand
But I won’t say “yes” to him
Unless I know
He’s the half that makes you whole
He has a poet’s soul
And the heart of a man’s man
I know he’ll say that he’s in love
But between you and me
He won’t be good enough.
You beautiful baby
From the outside in
Chase your dreams but always know the road
That’ll lead you home again
Go on take on this old world
But to me you know you’ll always be
My little girl.
For a good mother/daughter song, I would suggest "I will take care of you" by Amy Sky. I looked for the lyrics, but couldnt find them Hope this helps.

Your special day - and a clarification for the kin to have fun - so make it specific for you! Have your mom/daughter dance! possibly a line dance for the three of you would be exciting - like the bus end or usa or blend of them. %. a music and then have exciting with the choreography - you ought to start you and your mom, and then %. up your sister and then your grandmother or something.
