You can't just jump to conclusions: "Oil!","He hates Muslims", "He's just a plain asshole!". He is the only one who knows all his motives, so we should just accept the current state of the world and be supportive. GO BUSH and GO TROOPS

Oh, and also, He never killed innocent people. Or, despite what some people on here say, He never killed babies and drank their blood like Rameses, O.K.?

Most people just have the perception he is stupid.

I can't believe you elected, and I use that term very loosely, him twice.

Having said that, I think his stated strategy in Iraq had some merit, at least from a theoretical point of view.

The U.S. had it's last successful invasion in Panama I think and it was their guy they were ousting. No wait what was that other backwater central american country they invaded?

I am thinking that the moderates are sucking the life out of a once great nation.

There I think I have offended everyone now.

Well, first of all, I don't think that we need to have been in his shoes to judge. That's one of the nice things about a democracy. We are supposed to question our leaders. In fact it's our duty to question our leaders. That's what makes this different that a monarchy. Our leaders represent us and when they do things that we think are wrong, we need to tell them. This is not a situation where you should ignore it and it will go away.

By your logic the only people who could judge him would be Pres. George H. W. Bush, Pres. William Jefferson Clinton and Pres. Carter, which is a fairly small group. Plus, with one of them being his father and the other one being the guy who beat his father in an election, they aren't what I would call objective.

Now, I don't think we can understand all of his motives. I don't think we can understand all of anyone's motives. However, I do believe that has made choices that are not in the best interest of this country.

As far as supporting the troops, I don't know what could be more supportive than wanting to make sure up front that what we plan to do is worth the potential sacrifice. We honor the sacrifices that men and women in uniform make by only putting them at risk of making the ultimate sacrifice when that is the only way.

I understand why some people would act seditiously.
I understand why some people would remain silent while others act seditiously for them.
I even understand why some people remain silent when faced with seditious people.

1) putting their ideology above their country;
2) fear to be called "not part of the group";
3) fear of being attacked.

I know. I've held all three attitudes.

No longer. Seditious is wrong. Any patriot who remains silent while people acts seditiously is NOT a patriot.

That includes the patriots who protest President Bush's or those that protested Former President Clinton's policies while being respectful and lawful, interested in helping this country be more true to it's values.

That includes the patriots disagreeing or counter protesting those same groups on the other side of the political aisle, while being respectful of our representatives and the other half of the nation they disagreed with.

If you are silent, these seditious people speak for you. You have let them be your voice.

THEY DON'T SPEAK FOR ME!

I am a democrat, second, a patriot, first.

The people who constantly scream about Bush are not interested in the truth or facts. They will not accept valid comparisons with past presidents or the failed candidates from the Loser party.

They are only interested in convincing the voters of America that there is something wrong with Bush and that everything he did or will do is evil. The goal is to return power to the Democratic party regardless of the effect is has on our country's future, economy or population. Power is the only purpose and no amount of logic will prevent them from getting it.

Rudolph Hess, a devoted Lefty and Hitler's propaganda Minister taught them that they must "Lie loud, and lie often. Say it often enough and people will begin to see it as the truth."

No, I've not been the president, however....Bush has decided to send all our troops into an unnecessary war, he sits back while we lose our children all in the name of his power. he took advantage of his power to avenge his Daddy's "I'll get you" threat by saddam. I am not pro Bush but I am PRO-TROOPS, the troops do what they are told. FYI - they do it even tho' they don't agree. the Oil is secondary, it's all about his Daddy. What solitaire island have you been living on?

You're right!- We should send Bush to Iraq straight away- to support our troops on the ground there... (But ONLY if we send Cheney with him. There's no sense in leaving any "loose ends"- lying around. ). :) That done, I bet we'd have our guys back in NO time!

I never got to be the President, but I got to be in the different leadership positions dealing with the liberal girly men. I also experimented in my youth. People make fun of the way I talk. To them I say, "Essen Sie meine Scheiße!!!!"
