Hello:
You could try two things that might help your cramps:
1. Take Advil or Motrin for your painful cramps, because it will not only take away the pain, but it will last longer than say Tylenol will.
2. You can take a heating pad SET ON LOW NOT HIGH,and lay is across your tummy, just below your belly button, and that should help with the pain of cramps. I hope this has been helpful and good luck! I would just lay it on there for about 10 or 15 minutes to see if it helps with the pain of your cramps.
P.S. If your cramps ever get to the point where you are on your knees, then you need to either call your doctor or go to the emergency room at your local hospital, because while it is normal to have SOME discomfort with cramps, the pain shouldn't be so bad that it brings you to your knees!

The reason you have painful cramps (PMS) is because you have way too much body toxins. Go get some massage will help a lot. If you can found somebody can do the detoxification massage, along with Qigong massage, the pain should go away in an hour. Source: www.energymassagecenter.com. Charlotte, NC USA

I'm no doctor but when I used to have my parents drag me into the ER b/c the cramps were so bad, they gave me 800mg ibuprofen. (You can take up to 4 of the 200mg tablets) Take it with food or you'll have an upset stomach on top of your cramps. Again, I am not a medical professional - just telling you what has always worked for me.
