No, I'd think they were being friendly. I'd smile and keep going on my way.
You'd have to be conceited to think they want you because of eye contact.

I'm not quite that egocentric, that I would think eye contact was equal to "Let's hop in the sack" but I do know when I'm getting those juicy "F--- me!" eyes from an admiring female. There's nothing quite like it.

I would think they might be looking at me.
Of course I would probably make eye contact too,
then look away because I would be shy.
If he was much older than me, and looked
like a pervert, I would stare him down, that's what your a supposed to do, to prove you aren't shy, and aren't able to be taken over(in the rape form)
