Are you getting a little bit worried? I am because I just saw on the news that the guy from Law & Order is beating Guiliani in the polls. What the heck are we going to do if another Republican takes office in 2008?

Don't worry! Fred Thompson has virtually no chance of winning the Republican nomination. The ONLY way a Republican will win in 2008, will be if the Democrat tries to be more conservative than their opponent. Save this message. I GUARANTEE IT!!

I doubt you'll see a Republican win the White House in the 2008 elections because the Republican Party will not make any aggressive effort to win. They know that this nation will suffer one of the most severe economic depressions in its history shortly after Bush leaves office. Their better strategy would be to 'sit this one out' and let the Democrats be blamed for the worst depression since 1929. The Republicans can return as the heroes in 2012. I would be more worried about Hillary Clinton winning the Democratic nomination. We need someone in the Oval Office that is not a career politician - someone like Barack Obama or Fred Thompson. -RKO- 06/21//07

Im not a Democrat, but Im solidly against the Bush regime.

I would be fine if it were the "right" Republican with the right administration.
If its just another group of people who are still bitterly angry over Clinton's administration and continue to repeal environmental laws and reject science as fraudulant, then yes, I would be worried. We actually need a REAL fiscally conservative president for awhile to undo the damage Bush has done to the country.
I like Fred Thompson actually.

Change our tune. Refocus on core values instead of pushing a socialist agenda. Start treating our representatives (republican and democrat) respectfully rather than seditiously, and call anyone on their sedition, whether republican or democrat, as patriotic Americans. We'll focus on freedom of speech (even for republican talk radio), freedom of expression (even for fundamentalist Christians), and equality (for everyone, not just special rights for special groups).

We'll rejoin the millions of patriotic Americans that put their country ahead of their ideology.

We made freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and equality household values. Its time we took up that banner again, as patriots, and be the strength and backbone this country needs to be even greater.

Honestly, Guliani is the Democrats' least favorite Republican nominee -- he takes away centrist votes. Thompson, Romney, or (especially) Brownback would be better.

Not only is he the leading man, he's not even running yet. It's almost like winning the lottery without having played it.

He's slightly ahead of everyone, from both sides, in popular vote - including their precious Hitlery. It's like Christmas.
