If they're not wiping, it's their problem. If they're not washing their hands, it's everyone's problem.

yech ... eew.
I guess not washing their hands, cuz if they don't wipe it only affects them (for the most part) but if they don't wash their hands they spread germs everywhere to everybody ....
not the kind of sharing this world needs, ya know what I mean?!
When I see someone leaving the restroom without washing their hands I cringe inside and want to scream "Don't touch that door, you didn't wash your hands and now I have to touch the same doorknob to get out of here!" but I never say anything. hey, I'm shy. I just use a paper towel to open the door ....
well, that's probably more info than you wanted, but to shorten my answer ... not washing your hands is worse. ;O)

So, I would say washing hands.
Germs--oh no, gosh- ick. I made a serious practice in hand washing--I was not sick for 2 years!

Well BIG Cheese...let's see...
If you do wipe your poopy crack you might get some microscopic poo on your dirty little hand, so you'd have to wash your hands, but...
if you didn't wipe you wouldn't have to worry about that, but...
then you'd feel icky and get brown stains on your brand new thong, that was so expensive and your all out of SHOUT!
So I would wipe and wear gloves! Ta DA! Problem solved!

I would say not washing your hands, your @ss is covered with pants, I don't want your caca or pee pee hands anywhere near me. I keep hand sanitizer in my purse and car. I don't touch anything in public restrooms, I use a tissue before I touch and knobs or handles. I only use public restrooms if my bladder is ready to burst. People are so filthy. I watch girls in the bathroom and most of them just rinse their hands, no soap! That's why germs are everywhere!
