not a chance. KG-KOBE would be great to see but it would be another LA drama with kobe. remember with shaq and kobe, kobe is doomed to ever be the only big timer on his team because he cant coexsist with anyone

I think the Lakers will desperately try to keep KObe happy and make a move for Garnett. But those chances of actually obtaining him are slim and I also dont think Kobe will be traded. He was probably bored and wanted to get some more publicity

i hope the deal won't push through. kobe wants help. he had shaq and everybody before, but he failed to co-exist w/ them after their championship run. kobe is arguably the best individual player in the world of basketball at present but his ego is way bigger than he can handle. he was a champion when he was with shaq...kobe knew how to pass back then. now, kobe likes to think he is the man yet he cannot prove it... cause he can't win! Kobe can't co-exist with anybody until he learns to be more mature. Heck, at this point in time, a kobe bryant can't co-exist with another kobe bryant...much more a kevin garnett. kobe is the reason why i jumped ship from the lakers to the heat! kobe is out to destroy the franchise that made him. Congratulations, Dr. Buss for the great decision of keeping Kobe Bryant instead of Shaq!

I've finally had it with Kobe. He never spoke up about wanting Shaq to stay if he's that angry about the Lakers turning mediocre. He only cares about how many points HE scores, how much press HE gets, and how good HIS image looks. And hearing that he didn't appreciate the effort of getting KG and still not totally happy about that possibility really outraged me. I get real mad thinking about it. I'll cheer the Lakers again like I loved cheering for them when he is no longer a Laker.

It may, but then when they lose again Kobe would
start blaming Garnett, like he did SHAQ.
In all honesty, if you are Garnett and you saw how
Kobe did not want to play with a bigman that got him
3 titles, why do you think he will take a chance to come
play with Kobe when there is a good chance they
won't win a title, since they have to trade too much
and Kobe won't pas the ball .
I think most players in the NBA know about Kobe and
realize he will blame them if they don't win.

possibility is slim...I like the thought, and as a Laker fan I love to see KG wearing purple and gold, and would favor Kobe to cool off from ongoing tirade. Knowing Kevin McHale who despises Lakers franchise, T-Wolves won't make a deal with Lakers directly, however, in order to maybe acquire KG, it would have to involve three team trade meaning Lakers, Minnesota and Phoenix...now I say Phoenix because KG wants to join the Suns....its complicated trade idea when you have Kobe involved because he has the power to veto any trade, and lakers don't want to trade Kobe period...but if they have no other choice, it would be dealt with Eastern Conference teams...there are lot of factors involved here, not just matching the salary of Kobe, but also Lakers demand superstar calibur of players with "s" in return.

But Kobe doesn't want anybody to "interrupt" his spot-light. And the Lakers dont want that though but Kobe will play for more money though. But it really is a 1 in a chance million actually a billion.I think they should give Kobe a few more hundred thousand dollars and sign KG somehow and they'll be alright. Thanks for letting me speak my mind. later

Kobe would be happy. He would finally get to play with someone as serious about basketball as he is. Shaq never had the dedication and now he plays with a bunch of bums!

I think they should trade him for a draft pick and a solid player. Nothing will made Kobe happy. so cut th lost get as much as you can get for him to start a new team
