I don't think so. It is the same as smoking. You can't Ban everything that is bad for you. It is a person's choice to start doing it in the first place. I smoke, and when I first started I was very young and ignorant, I though I was above the addiction, I *knew* it wouldn't get a hold of me. But it did. And now I can't expect the government to ban cigarettes just because I don't want them to be in my reach anymore.

No, However I believe portions should be cut down alot! Did you know that a Happy Meal from Mickey D's is the size an adult should consume for lunch? I think people should develope more will power and show abstain from all the fattening food . Or at least eat out only once a week

all trans fat should be banned & the certain types of fats they cook the food in palm oil & palm sugar has twice the calories & that should be banned & all you can eat also should be banned
& people should not over eat & only have take away once a month
& the same for cakes biscuits & packet chips twisties & all those sorts of things lollies etc & soft drinks they are treats & should not be eaten every day like people do today

No, what should be banned is passing the buck. Nobody accepts responsibility anymore. It's always the other guy, and always the other guy who happens to have deep pockets.

Absolutely not. We are a democracy not a socialist society. We're a country of people who are free to make our own choices. Mandating what we should eat or not eat will surly create a slippery slope.

no they shouldn't be banned they just need to offer healthier food. When the hubby needs his burger fix I usually just get a grilled chicken sandwhich w/o the mayo

ban fast food and the fatties would go crazy. they would open up underground fast food joints like they did with speakeasy's during prohibition. too much hassle.

I don't think that fast food should be banned but their advertising should be limited. I get sick of my kids wanting mcdonalds because they saw an ad while watching cartoons.

In AMERICA, I don't think anything should be banned. that's our biggest problem. nobody takes responsibility for their own actions. You did and, I salute You.
