It's a birth control pill "created" to allow you to have shorter periods...Basically it just means the placebo period for a birth control pill is usually 7 days, with Yaz it's only 3 days, hence 3 days to have a period cycle. The truth is, you can do this with ANY birth control pill....just skip pladebos and move on to the active BC pills, and you can skip periods all together (skip all placebos) or shorten it a couple of days...It always takes the body time to adjust, so it may be several months before it "works" and in-between/unexpected bleeding stops.

a new version of yasmin 28. its a low dose of hormones birth control pill. it is for girls who have problems like bad cramps and such.

if we are talking about the same thing, it's a birth control pill. the name is actually yasmin....so that could be slang. or i am completely wrong
