can you use the same techniques used for purses made from candy bar wrappers and juice drink pouches?

I spent the better part of one day, looking for just what you are asking. You can find out how to make them out of juice bags. You can find out how to make the chains. You can find pictures of them, but you can't find the instructions. You can't even find a recommend book to purchase that has the instructions to make one. Look for a site for the candy wrapper bracelet. Maybe you can figure it out from those instructions.

I would try amazon.com, and if all else fails search eBay. That's an unusual product, but it is likely to be somewhere.

barnes & noble, borders, & books a million usually has books like that. or try your local library
