If your fish is a parrot, as stated, the eggs won't hatch. About 98% of male parrot fish are sterile. If it's an actual jellybean, then they have a much better chance of hatching-they're bred I believe it's a parrot fish and a severum. Now, being as that's the only one in the tank, they will not hatch. They don't cross mix with the fish you listed. Let the eggs be, they'll turn white from fungus. She should eat them, but if she doesn't after about a week, you'll need to remove them. Sorry.........but nothing to worry about. How big is your fish tank?

Lifespan:
10 years.
Size:
Approx 8 inches.
Sexing:
Since there are many varieties of Blood Parrot, there are only a couple of sure-fire indicators of sex. The female's egg tube will appear immediately prior to the spawning ensues. The male, once in breeding condition, may show pink coloration in his throat and gill cover regions.
Breeding:
Many of the Blood Parrots available at pet shops are sterile, but fertile BPs will be either cave spawners or substrate spawners (depending on which species' spawning tendencies are prevalent in the particular BP pair). The eggs and fry may be raised by the parents and siphoned out if spawning behaviour starts again. I do not recommend the removal of a spawn from cichlid-type fish because of the intra-pair aggression which it may cause and because these fish are usually superior parents. If they are, in fact, inferior, it might be best to let the poor parenting genes die off.

i'm not sure how to sex the blood parrot, but i do know that they will grow to about 8 inches, and that the "jelly bean parrot" look, if it is coloured, something like an blue, green, red, etc... will fade as it is just a dye that is put on their skin after it is bleanched, which will shorten the fishes life span
