when do u think man will live forever. or have found a way to live for eternity. what are the pros and cons for immortality?

It will not happen.
If EVERYBODY DID live forever, we would quickly run out of food, water, and space, and.... not die? Life would suck though.
If individuals were immortal, I believe few would choose to live forever, as they would see their family and friends pass away, and while newere freinds and family would replace them, that kind of emotional beating is not something most people are up to for more than their alotted 85 years or so.

Man is just an animal and no animal lives forever, as an individual or as a species.
Pros of Immortality: No such thing as wasting your life,
Cons: Who wants to put up with this bull ish forever? I want to live, have some good times, some bad times, get old, then I want to die. I don't think that's being unreasonable.

It won't. The genetic changes necessary that would allow for immortality would require us to be something other than human.
To live forever, rather its desire, is a manifestation of the fear of death.

Barring divine intervention, everyone will die eventually. Even if we find a way to get the human body to regenerate continually, accidents happen. Eventually one will catch up with each person.
However, if we were to extend our life for long periods of time, we'd need a way to limit the population.

Why do you wanna live forever? Life is life only because there's death, and that's why is such a wonderful thing. If you lived forever you wouldn't be able to live at all.

mankind WILL live forever, not the physical body, but the spirit, is eternal. Who would want this physical body to live forever? Can you imagine the wrinkles? :-)

i dont think man will ever live forever.. at least in my belief not in this world.
