Drinking plenty of water is one of the best ways to clear your skin. Dehydration is one of the most common causes of blemishes (and headaches!), and causes your skin to appear dull and dry.

Potatos on your eyes work better than cucumbers. But try this website called WarmSpirit. Its all natural herbal remedies. The products are not packaged longer than 30 days so they still have effect. I used the kindness cream and my pimple disappeared overnight. No joke.

You might think this soundd weird, but I saw a new age healer/health practitioner. She advised a tablespoon of Norwegian cod liver oil (find it in a health food store) and mix it with one-quarter glass of milk; drink it. It doesn't taste very good, but check your skin now and try it once a day for a week and I bet you'll be amazed at the results.
