I do not trust banks or the government. A depression there fore will affect me slightly less. I am self employed and while I may lose some business I will always eat. I am a tree cutter by trade and people will always need lumber and firewood. It is kinda weird, I think those with the least to lose will fare the best yet those with larger debt will lose a great deal more. It is sort of ironic that kids today wear $150.00 gym shoes and have to have a cell phone, ipod and a Wii system or they feel gipped in life. I had very little growing up on a farm in Iowa, but my memories are rich and relationship with my family is fantastic. That is what it takes to whether adversity self reliance and family.

prozac, sleeping pills and stock up on my canned goods, spam and bottled water i guess...lol....
i'm not prepared, everyday is a freakin struggle in this soon-to-be-3rd-world country and in this economy, i can't afford to prepare!
